CHEESY FAJITA CHICKEN TAGLIATELLE🌶🧡

Ok this was a good one🤤 same recipe as the fajita pasta but with tagliatelle pasta and it was a game changer let me tell you😍 This makes 4 portions at 466 calories | 39g Protein per portion🤍

🌟To make you will need:

💗300g diced chicken breast
💗300g (dry weight) Tagliatelle
💗Vegetable or chicken stock cube
💗2tsp tomato Puree
💗Mixed peppers ( i used approx 200g)
💗150g Philadelphia lightest herbs soft cheese
💗Fajita Seasoning

First start by cooking your chicken and your pasta. Once chicken is cooked add your peppers, fajita seasoning, 2 tsp tomato puree and 500ml stock and occasionally stir until it begins to thicken.

While sauce thickens, drain your pasta and put to one side.

Once it begins to thicken, add 150g Philadelphia lightest herb soft cheese and stir then and add in pasta.

Mix it all in and then Continue to stir occasionally until sauce is lovely and thick.

Then serve & enjoy! I served mine with a side of garlic bread. Don’t forget to save this📌 and let me know if you try it🥰
