CHEESY BBQ CHICKEN PASTA🥵
Shock another pasta dish🙄🤣 BUT! This is a pasta dish i have sat on for sooo long and actually mad at myself for only just trying it as it was amaze😍 515 calories per portion and the recipe below makes 4🤩 (not including Garlic Bread)
To make you will need:
💗300g diced chicken breast
💗300g (dry weight) Pasta
💗Vegetable or chicken stock cube
💗Mixed peppers ( i used approx 200g)
💗120g Philadelphia lightest soft cheese
💗100g Grated Cheese
How to make:
✨First start by cooking your chicken and your pasta.
✨Once chicken is cooked add your peppers, BBQ Seasoning, 250ml stock and occasionally stir until it begins to thicken.
✨While sauce thickens, drain your pasta and put to one side.
✨Once it begins to thicken, add 120g Philadelphia lightest and stir
✨ Then add in the grated cheese and the pasta
✨Mix it all in and then Continue to stir occasionally until sauce is lovely and thick.
✨Add in a sprinkle of Parsley
